Komatsu Bulldozer

Komatsu Ltd. is a Japanese multinational corporation. The company is the world's second-largest manufacturer of mining equipment and construction equipment after the Caterpillar. However, Komatsu has a larger share than Caterpillar in Japan. Through the 1930s, Komatsu also produced bulldozers for the Japanese military. Komatsu was aided by the strong demand for its bulldozers as its growth during Japan's post-war reconstruction in 1950.

Komatsu built the largest bulldozer in the world, called the Komatsu D575. The Komatsu D575A is a tractor crawler that is available as a bulldozer. Currently, it is the largest bulldozer in range of Komatsu, which has been produced by Komatsu Ltd. in Japan since 1991. The Komatsu D475A is the second-largest bulldozer in the lineup of Komatsu after the Komatsu D575A. It can be used in open-pit mining, surface mining, construction, and quarries worldwide. It was introduced in 1986 as a replacement of Komatsu D455A. Komatsu introduced the Komatsu D575A in 1981, the Komatsu D757A-2 in 1991, and the Komatsu D575A-3 in 2002. Komatsu D61PX, D85EXi, D155AX, and DA75A are also included in the range of Komatsu bulldozer.
