JPC Trade Co.,Ltd.'s Customers Reviews & Testimonials

The Toyota Auris arrived very quickly and was delivered to the compliance center the day after the ship arrived. I collected it the next working day. As expected it was in good condition and only needed a set of new tyres and one new shock absorber to pass inspection.
It was originally intended for my daughter, but my wife likes it so much she took it instead. I will soon contact JPC again and look for another car for my daughter. In the meantime my daughter has to drive my wife's old car.

The car is perfect just as you said it will be! Can't wait to buy the next one from You guys!

It was the first time that I bought a car online from overseas. The experience was just unforgettable. I’d like to especially thank Shinya for all his help and understanding throughout the whole process, which was greatly new to me. I congratulate his second-to-none customer service. Like anyone out there, dealing with somebody for the first time involving large sum of money and buying something that could not be even touched, it was rather a daunting experience. But Shinya was convincing enough and had left none of my questions, regardless how small, unanswered. My initial anxiety was disappearing and replaced with trust, which is everything. Once again thank you. I highly recommend online auction car buyers out there to JPCTrade.

Communication was fast and all of my questions were answered.
Auction sheets were fully translated and the information was 100% accurate.
I was provided with many detailed photos reassuring me of the quality of the cars prior to shipping.
When the cars arrived they were exactly as described. JPCTrade is the only company I will use for my future purchases.
